The work given to you by the sub today should be completed during class and over the weekend. You will need to study the irregular verb forms for the quiz on Monday. Pay close attention to the troublesome verbs sit/set, raise/rise, and lay/lie. Remember we are trying to break old habits of incorrectly using these verbs. Studying and practicing are the only ways to break these habits and move in to the world of using correct grammar.
