The work given to you by the sub today should be completed during class and over the weekend. You will need to study the irregular verb forms for the quiz on Monday. Pay close attention to the troublesome verbs sit/set, raise/rise, and lay/lie. Remember we are trying to break old habits of incorrectly using these verbs. Now that class presentations are done, we will go over returned work and organize binders in class tomorrow.
Remember to bring all of your English materials (binder, journal, loose papers) so that we can organize them together. This is worth 100 points toward your semester grade. Organization is key to your success in high school.

4th period-Remember the great Powerpoint that was shown by the second to last group today in class. You should think of that as a model for a good Powerpoint. Again, we still have a lot of work to do on actually presenting projects. Being prepared through rehearsal helps tremendously.
