You have learned many different reading strategies during our in-class reading of To Kill a Mockingbird that will help you improve comprehension when reading. For that reason, you will become responsible to read many chapters independently before break.
As you noted in class today, the reading/chapter questions schedule to finish the novel is as follows:
Fri 12/8-in class reading of ch 19 weekend homework-read chapters 20, 21
Monday 12/11-reading quiz of weekend reading homework-read/questions ch. 22
Tuesday 12/12-read/questions ch. 23 finish as homework
Wednesday 12/13 read chapter 24 as homework
Thursday 12/14 read ch. 25 in class read ch. 26 as homework
Friday 12/15 read ch. 27-28 in class weekend homework - finish the novel!
We will watch the second half of the movie and take the midterm exam that has questions from To Kill a Mockingbird during our short week.
