Tonight you should continue your research; be sure to run any sources you plan to use in your argument through the CARRDSS process. Groups that ignored these steps really compromised the integrity of their information and grades.
Once you are comfortable with your sources, you may begin writing your rough draft. Don't forget to come straight to the library tomorrow and Wednesday. Arguments are due this Thursday for everyone. You can deliver your argument live or via Youtube.

Happy weekend! If you have sources that SIRS did not automatically cite for you, use the
Purdue OWL site I showed you in class.
Please be sure to place parenthetical citations on your slides by putting the source in parentheses after information. Example:
In their Preface, the authors point out that "Learning Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML) is like learning any new language, computer or human" (Musciano and Kennedy).

Please be sure to come to class prepared tomorrow with your assignment. Each person should come to class with 2 reliable sources that have been through the CARRDSS process. On a piece of paper, you should have both website addresses and all of the information from using the CARRDSS method that you used to evaluate the resource. Look at your rubric!

Of Mice and Men as homework even though we are working on group presentations in class for the remainder of this week.
Also, 3rd quarter binder check is this Thursday, which is the end of the the 3rd quarter. Any missing work must be submitted to me no later than Thursday.
Vocab for chapters 3 and 4 is due and will be tested on Friday.
